Closed the bed up and now part of the frame broke. Just really bad quality.

“Really bad quality. Tried to close the bed up into the sofa and the frame snaped. Not sure if it was damaged during delivery or something. Been using Ashley for years, but after this probably not. As i did not buy the protection, so I'm sure they will make a excuse to why they won't cover the limited warranty.”
