“At one time during this purchase over the past month, you guys had put pending on my credit card five times for the purchase of this chair. I don’t understand why it should’ve been done once when I bought the chair and that should’ve been it now you still owe me a credit of one time for the purchase because there’s two hits on my credit card.”
