“First, great salesman so not his fault. The mattress is way too big for our furniture so before we even slept in it we wanted to swap it for a more appropriate size. I spoke to someone in customer service and they could not have cared less about me. She PROMISED to call me back and never did. Now I have to scrap my box spring and haul plywood up 3 flights of stairs to reconfigure the fit. I’m 68 with a bad back and my wife is a cancer survivor and still has health issues. Ashley had no interest in working with us to find a reasonable solution to our situation. Oh, and we have guests coming for the holidays so we’re rushing to get this done in time. What a terrible situation.”
