Not a true Medium but is very soft and squishy.

“The store floor model felt very different from what was delivered. The store model felt more like a Medium, but what I received is a very soft and squishy mattress which sucks you into the middle so that a valley develops. I bought a Queen size and only one person sleeps on it but it still has a squishy, sunken middle section after only 6 months of owning it. The person sleeping on it is about 160 pounds. The very edge of the sides feel more Medium but I wish it was the same in the middle area where you end up sleeping. This mattress sleeps hot so get a cooling protector. And it is impossible to spin it by yourself unless you are quite strong and robust. Lastly, it is impossible to tuck in your sheets and blanket because the mattress is much too thick and heavy and I cannot tuck in anything, much to my frustration. The sales person said it would firm up over time.”

The bed broke down very fast

“Loved this bed at first but it broke down rather quickly being used for two adults. We’ve had it 10 months and it dips in the middle with proper supports. I wake up very sore every morning. The delivery of the bed was fantastic however. Maybe I needed a medium or firm I don’t know but definitely am not happy with the bed.”
