Be careful when buying accessories

“This is a store rating not a product rating. We purchased a queen mattress, the salesperson said we need to buy a mattress cover to protect the warranty. She showed my wife 3 covers whit price tags on them she picked the $169.99 cover, when we got home and looked over the receipt, we seen they charged us $349.99 for the cover. she put the full-size covers out for my wife to look at and did not tell us the queen size would be more them double the price. I just went to bedgear web site and the same one is $249.00. I know it's fault for not paying action to the receipt before leaving the store, just be careful of the salesperson.”

Huge disappointment

“I purchased the Stearns and Foster Estate firm. Initially I loved this mattress however, after only 2 months, it is sagging. For over $2K I would never have imagined that to happen. Im only 140lbs”
