Thank You Fairmont Orchid Resort!

“My husband and I spent nine days at the Fairmont Orchid Resort on the Island of Hawaii. Those were the best night’s sleep I had in over five years. In our last morning in our suite I pulled the covers off to discover the brand of the mattress.
It was Sterns and Foster, I did more investigating I called housekeeping, they informed me it was a Sterns and Foster Reserve mattress.
As soon as we arrived beck home I went on line and ordered the Reserve Firm Pillow Top Split California mattress.
It was delivered yesterday 4/12, we put the bedding on that was the included gift. Last night was the best sleep we have had since coming home from Hawaii. We woke up rested, refreshed , ready for the day.
Beyond a shadow of a doubt this is the best mattress we have owned. The old adage is true You get what you pay for, in this case it is a luxurious well made mattress worth every penny we spent. ”

“I knew this would be the best mattress in the store, but was I willing to fork over what it cost? Took me 4 years to be completely fed up with current mattress and take the jump. I should have done it sooner- first night on the mattress was unexpected comfort. Rested in the morning, very few turn overs in the night. No back pain and no stiffness. I have the firm, but it is more like a medium and it's perfect. It does have a chemical smell that I expect to go away soon- I don't care- it's a great mattress.”

“This is a very soft and supportive mattress. It is really well made. The buttons on the surface are an odd choice, as you can sometimes feel them (and it's not always comfortable). It doesn't seem quite as soft as a previously available model (ultra plush Cassatt), but is great overall.”

“This is our third Stearns and Foster(Reserve Collection Soft Pillow Top). We took a break and tried another brand and after a year were having restless nights. We tried a couple of online mattresses. We knew after one night, they were not for us and we returned them. We should have stayed with what we know, the quality and comfort of Stearns and Foster. First night was a very comfortable and restful night. We actually ordered online from S&F after speaking to a representative and felt comfortable with their return policy if we weren’t happy. Delivery was fast and painless, other than they showed up unexpected(third party) after they texted our land line home phone. Stick with Stearns and Foster and you won’t regret it.”

In the interim years, we purchased two other Stearns and Foster mattresses for our sons, when they were teenagers. My husband and my sons are over six foot four inches tall. The mattresses hold up over time and are so comfortable. When they visit, they cannot wait to sleep in their squishy beds. “I love this mattress, and so does my back! I had back surgery and it’s so hard to find a soft AND supportive mattress. I usually get either soft and not supportive, or too hard of a mattress that doesn’t conform to my body.
This mattress is the perfect mix between soft and supportive. The memory foam is immersive enough to cradle my body, but the coils catch my body so I don’t sink and throw my body out of alignment.
It’s worth it!”

“The best sleep I've had in years! After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did.
This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product!

“It has greatly improved our sleep! My wife and I find that it is easier than our old mattress to roll from side to side. I find that I stay asleep for longer periods of time.
The only negative thing is I have found it harder to get up off the bed with the memory foam in the pillow top, however I am getting used to it. My wife finds it easy to get off the bed.”

We actually moved our previous 8 year old extra firm mattress to our guest bedroom because were were tired of spending thousands on others brands that would cave in after a year. We got ourselves a new one for the master bedroom. It says a lot when our 8 year old S&F mattress outperforms other top brands. You won't regret purchasing the mattress. Worth every penny. Also, the customer service was very helpful with providing the coil count details. If you like firm mattress feel, don't settle for anything under 2500 coil count. Over 3000 is even better.”
