It does take a little getting used to having a split mattress. We have had a few things get lost in the divide, one being an Apple pencil which i cannot find still. Also making the bed is a little tedious, but I have no regrets. We love the bed.”

“It is soft but if you're envisioning the pillow to give so that it feels like your head just landed in a "cloud" then this is not the pillow to use. The pillow is "cool" in temperature but does not take long for it to start losing its coolness. You'll have to move your head to a different spot on it, which is ok since that tends to naturally happen anyways as you change sleeping positions, but then the "warm" spot takes some time to cool again. Its height is ok for my husband, but not enough for me and I wake up with a sore neck. I wish I can return for a refund. I would suggest going to a store and trying one out before buying. We all have our preferences; though this pillow is not for me and my husband, you might feel that it suits your preferences.”

Maybe I got a bad unit because these seem to have glowing reviews, but this pillow compresses entirely too much. I had purchased a Hybrid Cloud pillow for my wife at the same time and if you want a pillow that actually stays lofted I would recommend that. I would say the firmness is actually soft. I have resorted to taking some of the fill out of my old pillow so I can lay this pillow on top of it. The cooling feature is very nice, and I will definitely enjoy that. Laying on it before I roll to my side to sleep it's comfortable.”

“The foam material feels nice. My husband liked his pillow, but it hasn’t been the Holy Grail for him that we hoped. The pillow is very small length wise and does not have the proper shape to prevent him from snoring. We also tried the ProHi pillow. it fell flat after the first week. He has to put his arm under it to feel supported, which throws him out of spinal alignment. At these prices I am unsure if we will make another Tempur purchase when there are so many other brands out there. Sadly, our search continues. ”

“This is great for long drives in the car (more than two hours) even if your car's seat has some lumbar support. If it gets to be too much, just remove it for awhile and put it back when you feel like you need to. I imagine the same is true for a long plane ride. The only downside is that when it's cold outside it kind of freezes. After resting against it for 10-15 minutes it goes back to normal but I find that it's just easier to bring it inside with me.”

“If purchasing be forewarned that this product is not made to last. I purchased this product in 2021 and by 2023 it had ripped in the middle where the upper torso makes the most contact with the topper. I used the warranty and received a new one in 2023. In 2024 while removing the cover to wash I again noticed a split in the same area as the original topper. I contacted Tempur-Pedic once again this time they did not approve the warranty, stating that I did not use it properly. I am 60 years old. How do I misuse a topper????????. Disappointed

“I have been dealing with neck pain for a couple of months and knew I needed a new pillow. I saw these on sale, buy one get one free, so I got a Medium and a Large. I took the quiz, measured as directed, and couldn't wait to try these out! I was right around 6" from neck to shoulder tip, and I sleep primarily on my sides, but sometimes wind up on my back. Since these were BOGO, I figured one of these would work. I tried the Large the first night and woke up at 2am because my jaw hurt from the firm pressure from the pillow. I've used the Medium pillow for 2 nights now and really don't like this one either. The Medium still makes my jaw hurt, and I have not noticed any improvements in my neck pain. I read a ton of reviews and went out on a limb, considering the no return policy. I'm extremely disappointed in these pillows. I hate soft pillows, but these feel like I'm sleeping on a slab on concrete.”

By contrast, a Tempur-pedic 3 inch topper that I purchased about 20 years ago is much firmer and supportive. I ended up replacing the ADAPT Topper with an off brand topper from a big box store that only cost about 1/5 of the Tempur-pedic topper, and has much better support.”

“This pillow is perfect for support and comfort while away from my normal Tempur-pedic pillow - I've only napped on it so far, but it was quite nice! It rolls up tightly to fit very well in the backpack I will be taking with me on my journey, an impressive feat. The only problem is that it is VERY difficult to get it into the case. It can be done, it just required both hands, a knee, and the surface of my bed to accomplish it, and I'm somewhat dreading having to pack it again. I recognize that that is a sacrifice that may be required to pack it down that much, but I would love to see the case adapted so that it can open a bit more and then close tightly, rather than making me wrestle it quite so hard. I also got one for someone else, and he found it much easier to just lay it in his suitcase than to try and roll it up. If you're taking a suitcase, that might work well for you! But if you want it in a backpack, just be prepared for a project. Other than that I think I will be very pleased to have it, and I look forward to the neck support!”

“Because our new Tempurpedic mattress is made of a slippery material, our existing Select Comfort AND Casper mattress covers slid around and would come off in the corner every night. We talked to the Tempurpedic salesman to see if the Tempurpedic brand would be any better. He assured us that he had never heard any complaints before. Unfortunately, after making the investment, we found that it doesn't work any better. It is very large and does not fit the mattress snugly. It also still slips around causing the material to bunch up under the sheets in the middle of the night. I would NOT recommend this mattress cover at all.”

The fit works well on the 14” mattress and the flat sheet is larger and has plenty of length on the sides for my Cal King. I didn’t care for the pillows as they were so firm. Too firm for side sleeping, not worth your money

The pillow is great for sleeping on my back, but after turning to my side, I wake up within an hour or so with severe pain to my ears from the pillow being too firm. No amount of time trying the pillow in a store will prepare you for the pain and uncomfortableness of this pillow. I tried contacting Temper-pedic but there is a no return policy for pillows. I’m out my money so I’d caution you before spending your hard earned money on their pillows. Look somewhere else.”

Tempur-Pedic Not What It Once Was

“We owned a Tempur-Pedic Soft mattress for 10 years, absolutely loved it, and recently decided it was time to upgrade to the Tempur-Cloud Luxe Breeze. From day 1, it was an abysmal fail - so much so that we thought for sure we must have received a Firm mattress by mistake. It was stiff, unyielding and anything but conformingly comfortable, as our original mattress was. Additionally, we found the "cooling technology" of the Luxe Breeze to be nothing more than marketing hype. Once we were asleep, It was not a bit cooler than our previous Tempur-Pedic. We returned the mattress during the sleep guarantee period, bought a competitor's mattress, and have absolutely loved it from our very first night's sleep on it. I'm not sure what has happened to Tempur-Pedic mattresses, but in our assessment, they are simply not the same as they once were. We will not consider them again, nor can we recommend them based on our experience.”

“My first impression of the cloud adjustable was not good - the odor took about a week to dissipate. Much better now that is gone. It plumps nicely. Is very light weight and easy to shift around - I toss and turn a lot and side sleep (left and right) and on my stomach. I tried this pillow because my old Tempur pillow (20+ yrs) didn't seem to support my neck and head anymore and I was waking up with a stiff neck every morning. That has improved with this pillow but I think I'm still adjusting to the difference between it and the "weightiness" of the old pillow. Overall, I'm generally satisfied. It was a BOGO deal; a definite plus. Haven't decided what to do with the 2nd one yet.”
