“I have had this sofa for over 2 years. It has been my most disappointing purchase ever. It is smaller then most sofas, the cushions never stay on n are always sliding out, n the color is nowhere near what it shows. Returning is more hassle then anything but I wish I would have. I can say I actually Haye this couch. Make sure to see it in person before buying (make sure to move around so u can see how easily cushions slide.)”

“Purchased about a year ago. After consistent use it has already worn out. Foam is sagging and cushions don’t have any resiliency left. Of course the warranty specifically states worn cushions are normal wear and tear. However, I expect furniture to last longer than a year. The cushions do not stay put and we constantly have to stand up and push them back into place. Unfortunately we bought the three piece set. And I expect the other two pieces to have the same problems as the couch with comparable use. Do yourself a favor and get something from a reputable company. The only thing I like about this set was the price. But if we have to replace it in year, what good is that?”

“Both my husband and I love the couches we purchased. Not only are they exceedingly comfortable to fall asleep on (I have personally fallen asleep on both) but the delivery was earlier then expected. Both my husband and I have experienced less back pain while sitting on these couches and I can spread out and do schoolwork in my living room again without being in someones way and being comfortable.”

“I bought this off the internet, I didn't go to the showroom to look at it or sit on it. This thing is hard. I've had it a couple of weeks now and it has softened up a little, but it's still hard. It's a pretty color and matched my coffee and end tables.
It's my fault for not seeing it in person or trying it out first. Would I have bought it if I went to the store to try it first? No. Do I regret buying it without seeing it first? Not really. It was under $400 so at least it was a good deal.
I only recommend this sofa if you're looking for something cheap like I was. No other reason. I'll probably end up replacing it in about a year....maybe.”

Tried to contact Ashley about this thinking there was some kind of warranty on it, but all I got was the run around. Needless to say, I had to get rid of this couch and went somewhere else to buy a new one. Wasted my money on this.”
