Worst couch purchased

“Disappointing couch. Lots of things wrong with it and can't even return/exchange for a different one.
Cushion has a large gap on one end so it doesn't close all the way. The separate leg part that supports the large pillow is higher than the couch so it dips in.....
Very disappointing product that spend quite a lot of money.”

After 12 months of owning this couch..

“After having this couch for a year I’d give it 3 stars. It’s a nice size and color but the material does not hold up. The fabric is constantly snagging on people’s clothes which causes it to pill. The cushion loses its shape and we have to move the padding to make it full again. It’s an okay couch. At first when we got it we gave it 10/5 stars but after a year it’s pretty mediocre.”

“Not worth it. Looked GREAT in the store but once it arrived the cushion are sliding off and it came with a small snag. Kind of annoying when you save up a ton of money to buy a couch.”
