“The wrong sofa side was ordered by the sweet lady that helped me. I asked that the longer side should have been on the left. It came on the right. I couldn’t exchange it or get a refund. I was not aware that if you sign for the order that means it’s a done deal. It’s my first time having this happen. Now I’m stuck with a couch that doesn’t fit in my living room. I’m so upset they wouldn’t work with me. It was the sales consultants fault but it’s now my problem. Sad because I LOVE THE COUCH. And my sales woman”

“I absolutely hate it! It’s not comfortable. The chaise ottoman won’t stay in place. The chaise cushion flies up when you sit down. The storage ottoman is taller than the couch itself. My back and neck hurt so bad when I sit on it. The plastic tray in the ottoman was cracked upon arrival. There are pulled strings on the corner chaise upon arrival. The armrest on the chaise sounds like it’s broken and makes noise any time it’s touched.”

“As good or better than expected. Went off of a floor model that is similar but not exactly the same. We will need to get some heavy Velcro to keep the chaise cushion from sliding but love the color and quality. If it holds up, we will be extremely pleased with this purchase.”
