Weird ridge formed- full size matress

“I purchased this mattress for my 9 year old daughter in a full size. After a couple months I noticed a weird ridge a top the left side of the mattress. Called warranty and they were able to send a technician out who stated he had never seen this in a mattress and must be a defective mattress. They sent out a replacement a couple weeks later. I have had the new mattress 2 weeks and she has slept on it a handful of times, the dreadful ridge is back. She is a tiny person and I don't understand what is going on with the mattress. She also didn't pick the cheapest mattress available and wanted it to be the exact one they used in the display of the bed they had in-store as she was getting a whole new bed set. This is frustrating to say the least.”
