Quality couch, everything else was terrible

“Delivery drivers tried lying and saying we didn't pay, then tried to pressure my girlfriend into a tip. This is all after waiting almost two months for my couch. Zero communication and then an absolute ridiculous excuse of delivering the product. Scuffed my hardwood floors as well. I'm happy with the couch, but my experience with Ashley all around was terrible and embarrassing.”
