I am doing some remodeling and this color would not have been my choice. But I am so glad I did purchase it...Once the walls are painted and the flooring is done I'm sure I will be even more pleased.”

Everyone on my couches i brought from Ashely have gone down in the middle. A brand new couch should not go down when you are just sitting on it. Maybe the couch should just have one long thick pillow rather than 3 or 4 cheap pillows.”

“We've had other inexpensive Ashley sofas that held up great, but this one was good for about 2 months. The yarns seem to be just glued down next to each other and they started pulling up in no time. Even worse, it peels like crazy...I had to use a pumice sweater stone every week or so to get it all off. I hate to leave bad reviews, but 2 months for an $800 set?!”

“The couch is great but the process of getting the couch was atrocious. I was given a delivery date and confirmed time just for it to not arrive, called customer service and was informed they changed the delivery date without informing me and they couldn’t tell me why. Finally got a new delivery date that was changed the next day. Called again and actually spoke to a super helpful agent who found out what happened and got my couch out on the next delivery and gave me a discount for my trouble. Couch was delivered with no issue but my card was charged the full amount without my discount. Called customer service for the 4th time just to be told they didn’t have the discount in their system even though it was on the delivery slip I signed and the new invoice I got with the new delivery date. I had to send the customer service agent both documents and was finally told they were going to honor the price but wouldn’t be reflected in the taxes. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!”
