“I love this sofa. The material is so soft. It’s very comfortable. I would recommend it, I got it to replace a sofa that was too low from the floor to the seats. It was hard to get out of. This one is the perfect seat height for me. I am 5’ 5” so I’m an average height.”

“This sofa was for my older son in his new house. He absolutely loves it and actually took a nap on it the very first day he had it. He says it’s extremely comfortable and loves the fact that the feet rest come up. Delivery was exceptional and the delivery men were very nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience. “It’s been almost a month since I’ve ordered these couches and I can’t seem to get one that isn’t broken. I’ve had the couch delivered twice already and each time it’s been broken. The company continues to tell me there’s nothing they can do besides send a replacement not even give a discount for the inconvenience.”

“Finally decided on the sofa and loveseat. Received the set and hardly even sat on it and two of the cushions already have snags on the material. VERY disappointed! I had my prior set for 20 years before there were signs of wear on the material. We bought the extra warranty so, I am sure it will be replaced but, it concerns me that this fabric is cheap and we will continue to have issues.”

“I really love this sofa, it's comfortable, durable and the fabric is a tweed, but very soft. It's easy to recline and I have the manual recline. As for cleaning I don't know yet, I have only had it a week. I have fallen asleep many times in the reclining position. It's a pretty big sofa a tall person wouldn't have a problem sitting on this sofa. My son is 5'11"and he fit just fine. I'm 5'5" and I don't have a problem, other than my feet don't touch the floor while sitting on it. That's not a game change for me because I mostly recline while sitting. I think this sofa will hold up for some years to come. I keep my sofa covered because I have pets, not only because I think their nails could cause damage to the fabric.”

“Couch is extremely firm but gets much better after a few weeks of nestling in. I love the reclining length. The delivery was very slow but after reaching out to the store to see if they could speed up delivery, they accommodated me very quickly. The delivery guys were fantastic. Super great, down to earth and overall pretty chill.”

“So far we have not had a great impression of our sofa and loveseat. The latch on one of the recliners is broken and we are still waiting (months) for our promised replacement. However, the bigger problem is the fabric. It pills horribly! Our pieces are t even a year old and have dark gray balls over them from the friction of just being used. It’s very disappointing.”
