Ashley Warranty Is Worthless

“I purchased the Alphons loveseat in November, 2024. A seam on one of the armrests started to come apart after just a few months. Clearly, it was not sewn correctly, but Ashley has given me the run around when I contacted them. They claim the warranty only covers manufacturer defect, and they classify this as an " accident." I've learned my lesson with Ashley- they don't stand behind their products and consider shoddy manufacturing as an "accident."”
