“The couch is great! The shopping process was horrible. Purchased online only to have money deducted 3 times, refunded twice! They kept telling me my couch would be delivered, when the couch was delivered a whole week prior to the phone call. Customer service kept saying I had a dresser added when it was only a couch. But like I said great furniture piece, but horrible shopping experience. Would I ever buy more pieces? Probably not. But that’s my experience.”
