“We got both pieces together to make a full sectional. It's very comfortable and so far seems like it will hold up very well. The fabric doesn't get super hot or cold like normal leather and feels nice. The recliners are easy to extend and close.”

“After searching for MONTHS for a new couch, I finally found the sectional of my dreams! I have a broken coccyx that will never heal with a fracture that goes up to my fifth vertebrae, so comfort is a high priority for me. I am in LOVE with this couch. It feels like you're sitting on a cloud and I love how the recliner allows you to stretch all the way back and lay flat.
Full disclosure: The couch did come slightly damaged and the delivery crew dropped the truck door on it when they unloaded it. However, the damage that was sustained is negligible, and we have been working together with Ashley HomeStore to come to a resolution. Despite the small damage and slightly clumsy delivery, we are so happy we went with Ashley and are ecstatic about our brand-new couch!”

“The Tambo sectional we got is great. The look... the feel... Just awesome... In fact I would say just about perfect... Just about, to be perfect they just needed to offer the option of one side to be a double recliner(as now me and my wife have to sit on opposite sides if we both wish to recline. And they need to offer an ottoman to match the set as Is we had to order one that doesn’t match.”

“We will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again! Not only did we have our order cancelled multiple times when it had been paid for. It took us two months to get all of our couch, and we got charged twice for the same couch. After calling probably 30 times or more we keep getting the run around. We will be getting an attorney involved because of the fraudulent charges, and I can promise you that we will never do business with Ashley Furniture ever again. We are also telling everyone we know about our experience and to buy furniture somewhere else. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. It’s ridiculous really.”
