Cushion slipping off

“Good for the price. But the cushions are slipping off all the time .
I have escalated this to Ashely and morris and they sent person to inspect . As per them " it's not considered as Manufacturer's defect "
It's evident that the lower part of the cushion is made of slippery material which doesn't provide and friction and results in slipping of cushion .”

“I loved the sofa until I discovered the q and a was wrong in saying they are non porous and wipe clean. They are not they are a leather look but made of fabric that is very absorbent and I have a new puppy being potty trained! Would not have spent $1,000+ on these had I known…..”
