Minor defect on mine but super comfy

“The first time they tried to deliver the sofa was broken and did not even make it inside. The second time all went well but the sofa was put up on the wall and I did not notice the "new" one delivered is also broken/defective on one side on the back other than the defect it's a super comfy set”

“Really comfortable and firm couch! I love the neutral taupe color. It’s a light grey with a touch of green. This couch is great for a small living room and looks nice. My only complaint is with the throw pillows, the stuffing is not enclosed in a pillow case for easy washing. Otherwise we love this couch and have taken some great naps!”

“This entire experience has been awful! The chair was delivered damaged in January. I am still waiting for someone to come and repair the damage (scheduled for April). The "matching" couch is a slightly different color, and Ashley would not do anything about it. Customer service was not helpful at all. I will never purchase from Ashley ever again.”

“I am very disappointed , it came ripped and instead of picking it up and sending me a new replacement they are having a tech come in and take a look at it to see if it can be repaired I already mentioned I do not want it repaired I should be getting a new one and still I need to wait a week to have the tech come see the issue.”
