“The cushion on top of the ottoman was not positioned correctly, so there is an inch overhang on left corner compared to the right side of the pillow top and same with the opposite side. Not very good inspection on their part when making.”

“Worse customer service. When trying to return because the whole set took more than a month to arrive. Only recieved the ottoman and I’m told that I must pay the shipping to return the ottoman. When at the store I was told I could get it in 7 days. When I purchased, then was told it would take until February the 12. I purchased on December 31st. I did a complaint and was told I would get an answer in a few days. More than a week has passed.”

“I did not receive that item, I received a vinyl dark blue one. I'm also not happy with what I have to do to get my correct item. Take pictures to prove I got the wrong item and send them to my email and then maybe I will get a return slip and how to return it. This is not right, especially when I ordered the correct item and someone else sent a different item. I want the item I ordered in the picture sent out correctly.”
