Not happy with the delivery service

“I ordered a rug from there and was told the delivery date was 01/25/2025. No one called and let me know that the order will arrive a month later. When I called customer service then I was told it will arrive very late. At least someone should have emailed or texted that the order will arrive a month later. What if I waited all day for my delivery wasting my whole day waiting.”

“This sofa chaise is SO comfortable! I love it. I have a cat and the fabric is woven tight and does very minimal damage when he tried to scratch it. It goes great in little apartments. Would def recommend this couch.”

“Made in America according to the tag!
The color is pewter, but appears to match my tan/brown flooring.
The seat cushions were stiff at first, but seem better after a few weeks. This was delivered complete except the legs needed screwed in. No need to pre-drill the leg holes, so it was easy to add the legs.
Overall a good sofa for the money.”

Great for smaller rooms We had a townhouse with a loft and office
Make it better by making it a pull out couch We have seen other models that have the diva lounge part and bottom pulls out to make a queen size bed
Material is very nice and color is great ! definitely recommend”
