“I like the sofa a lot, but I'm losing a couple of buttons and Ashley refuses to honor the warranty and send me buttons because I have recently moved.
They will not even sell me the buttons. I'm just confused and very disappointed with the lack of customer service.”

“Too delicate, unfortunately i did not set them up soon after the arrival and i just opened them today only the sofas though i set them up and in one of the couches one of the bottons its off like its loose it comes off all the time and it looks ugly . still need to set up the dinning table during the weekend”

“Very pleased with this sofa. I purchased it and the chaise. Was in the market for a small profile green sofa and this one fit the bill. On first impression, the sofa is firm (until you break it in), light weight, supportive. The color and texture of the fabric is stunning. I actually prefer sleeping on it more than my own bed. It’s evident the frame is not solid wood but it’s still sturdy and holds weight well. The only downside I’ve found is, the cushions don’t like to stay in place. I adjust them 1-2 times daily. Really not a big issue in the scheme of things. This sofa is a perfect fit for small spaces too.”

“These couches are great. They're comfortable, being more on the firm than soft side. Deep seats for taller people or for curling your legs up on.
The back cushions do not detach. We've had the couch a week and there is already some sagging where the back cushions meet. Potentially not enough stuffing there.
I would definitely buy these couches again and recommend them.”

“Honestly the only bad part about this process was the anticipation and waiting five weeks to get my sofa. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. This piece of furniture is really nice and solid and comfortable and the perfect size. 10 out of 10 I would do it again. Delivery and set up fee was worth every penny. Color is dark olive and while the velvet upholstery isn’t very “velvety”, I feel that it probably better for durability.”

“Perfect texture of velvet feel and length is perfect for my space. Delivery was about 4 weeks but it was worth it. The seat height is good as you don’t feel like your knees are punching you in the chest. The back and seat are firm so you’re not sinking down as if you’re sitting on the floor. Very rich color hue too as a true forest green. Good buy on my part.”

“Bought this sofa back in February, when it was new to the site. We took a risk on it, since we couldn't see it in person & there were no other reviews to go off of. However, we totally lucked out! it is super comfortable & is large enough for a 6ft person to sleep on! Despite being velvety, dirt doesn't stick to it & you can easily use a lint squeege or something similar to keep it clean. I wouldn't try vacuming it, as the velvet shows marks if you're too rough.”

“Pros: looks amazing. Great color. Fabric feels very warm and cozy.
Cons: fit and finish isn’t perfect. Some fabric at the back and around arms seems bunched and uneven. Delivery guys were fairly rough with it. Couch cushions feel very firm initially.”

Cushions slide and lots of fur

“I love the idea of this couch and think it looks gorgeous; that being said, some of its qualities are somewhat irritating.
My biggest issue is that the cushions slide out easily. I need to stuff them back in consistently. I wish I didn't have to think about putting my couch together after every time I use it.
When it comes to pet fur/hair, this couch collects it, and I find it difficult to remove with multiple cleaning methods. Lint rollers work the best, but I go through a ton of sheets during one cleaning.
The last negative thing is that I worry about wear and tear. In the showroom, I noticed some loose stitching, and after owning it for a little more than a month one of the buttons has become loose.
A good thing is that four people can fit tightly on it, and removing the arm pillows adds decent space. If you have cats, they can dig their claws in but I've not noticed damage because of that.”

“This is an attractive sofa. The issue I have is long term stability. If you look at the center support in the pictures, you see it is about 2 inches off the ground. So zero center support. I thought they had used the wrong part when I received mine - in fact, I made a report that Ashley hasn’t responded to. We will need to find a way to support the center or never sit there. I was shocked when I noticed same thing in pictures when I looked again. Also upset Ashley hasn’t responded. So buy for looks but durability may not be there. For price maybe that’s to be expected.”

“It’s a nice couch and the overall quality is fine but the cushions are very firm. I would not recommend this sofa for somebody who does not like firm seating. I hope it softens but I’m not sure I have much hope. I would have liked to replace the cushions but unfortunately the zipper came broken off of the track. I have only had this couch a day. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a decent quality couch and prefer firm but if you’re like me and would like it to be semi-sittable for a longer period of time (2-3 hrs).. do not buy.”
