sturdy and not plush - good chair to watch tv but not lounge/sleep

“sturdy but not very comfortable (hard). the back cushion is attached which limits what you can move around without adding a ton of pillows. Definitely not good to nap on, but good if you sit straight with legs out. Depends on whether you're a fidgeter I suppose. Wide chair.”

Damaged Chair/Terrible Customer Service

“I received this chair damaged and Ashley customer service has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. The screws are coming out of the back of the chair since day ONE ( I didn't notice when they dropped it off). The delivery guy didn't even have the proper tools to tighten the legs properly. There's strings hanging out all under the chair. The color isn't quite as green as what was pictured online. I have chatted with MULTIPLE people and gotten the absolute run around. Every single person gives me a different return number and tells me that Ashley will be in contact with me once they "determine" if I can return the chair. It's just sitting in my house and we don't even use it because I want to return it but can't! I'm afraid it's going to FALL APART and I don't want another one — it's obviously not built well. I have bought several things from Ashley and I received several things that were broken and difficult to get replaced — but this experience will be my last with Ashley.”
