Terrible customer service!

“Spent an hour putting this chair together, only to find out that one leg was about an inch shorter than the other three. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a new leg -- which would require me to take the chair apart and put it back together AGAIN. They were unwilling to offer a replacement part and a discount for my re-assembling troubles. They were also unwilling to send me a fully assembled chair so I wouldn't have to put it together again. After talking to a supervisor, he finally agreed to give me a very small discount off the chair, but if accepted, it would void my warranty and they WOULDN'T send a replacement leg. So basically, I'm having to put this together a SECOND time and hope that the new part fixes the issue. Terrible experience. Will not be ordering online again.
Setting the experience aside, the chair is on the small side, but I love the color and the open look. Wish it had arrived as intended. Hopefully your order arrives in good shape, but good luck if it doesn't.”
