“So far I'm really happy with this Sofa. It is the perfect size for my office and for me. I'm 6'1" 230 and fit comfortably on this sofa for a mid afternoon nap. The fabric seems durable and the cushions and pillows are soft but firm.”

This chaise is great without more couch sections

“I am very impressed with this chaise. It looks great on its own and not with any other couch sections. It's the perfect size for an apartment (and for napping). The fabric is soft. The green is a nice shade. The shape of the legs is a subtle mid-mod style. I love that the back cushions are not attached.”

“We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Ashley Furniture. We purchased a sofa and chaise, and the very next day, we noticed that the online price was lower than what we had paid in-store. We immediately contacted the store to cancel the delivery, but were told that the items must be delivered first, after which we would receive a refund of $249.
It has now been over five months, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received our refund. We spoke to the manager, Carl, at the Vernon Hills location, who assured us that the refund would be processed the day after delivery. Unfortunately, communication stopped from their end, and customer care services have been unhelpful and unresponsive.
We even visited the Vernon Hills showroom twice in person to resolve the matter, but were not given any assistance. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We hope Ashley Furniture will take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.”

“I have no idea how this thing is because it was never delivered despite Ashley saying it was. I was charged for this item, given the run around when I contacted Ashley 6 times saying I dont have it. Ive had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. I'll never do business with these crooks again. Be warned!”
