“Purchased a Bronwyn swivel recliner. Loved this recliner when I first bought it for the look, comfort and price. I've had it for maybe 5 years or less. I'm not a big guy and weigh around 160 lbs. Chair was perfect new. Unfortunately the upolstry has sunken considerably to the point of me feeling the sharp frame around the arms and the lower back portion is sunken to the point that causes great discomfort and lower back pain. Trying to compensate with pillows but not working. I'll need to replace it. Great chair and price to start but apparently not meant to last.”

“We bought this chair along with a living room set. I had been looking for a rocking, swivel recliner since we had to get rid of one we had for 15 years. I sat in it at the store, stood up, and said, "We'll take it." It's now my favorite chair. Everyone in the house knows, when I'm home it's mine. :) It's very comfortable. It leans all the way back, and I've dozed off in it more than a few times. I'm seriously considering buying another one for our family room.”

“We purchased this for our nursery. Very happy with it. The fabric is nice and soft. Very comfortable, even for people with wide hips like me! Only thing that would have made this chair any better is if the back was just a little higher (I'm 5'10").”

Reclining mechanism stuck

“Tried the recliner upon arrival and it worked. Sent delivery people away, and every attemp to recline it after unsuccessful. Hubby was able to fix it by bending the metal underneath that was catching. Works fine now. The color and fabric are perfect.”

“I bought two chairs online for my Florida condo. Very comfy and easy to recline and lower the foot stool. The company was very respectful in providing a four hour window when they would be delivered, setting them up, and removing the packaging.”

“Aesthetically I am very pleased. Happy with the fabric and the small size of this chair. The seat cushion is a bit stiff but I love the swivel and glide motion. The reclining motion is not very smooth and the back does not recline while sitting upright.”

“I bought two of these chairs at the same time.... one is good and the other will not stay reclined and has a slight lean to the chair. If Ashley Furniture would repair or replace the chair that does not function properly I would recommend as the other identical chair works good.”

“For his 91st birthday my father wanted to replace his old basic recliner with a new swivel recliner. This chair is exactly what he wanted. Loves the size (he's 6 ft. 190 lbs.), fabric and motion this recliner provides. The color is true to picture on the site and fits just right with their other furniture. I ordered this chair based on the info provided (which is totally accurate) and the reviews left by previous purchasers. I also had it delivered and set up in home. The delivery guys were total pros and even delivered it a day early.”

“We recently replaced my mothers 25 yr old recliners. She needed recliners that also rocked and swiveled. But most importantly a recliner that fit and supported her female frame that were easy to return to up right. These recliners do all of this and the supportive material for the seat and back is in the "just right" category. She loves the fabric saying it feels so good to her. Wonderful purchase!”
