“Couch is beautiful but the corner wedge framing is messed up and it was done at the factory apparently. They have tried to bring me a replacement 3 times now and each one has the same issue so apparently they made that particular piece with a sinking frame on one side. It's very said to me because I do love the couch. They offered me $100 off at the corporate level but that's not acceptable when you pay this type of money for a couch. Buyers beware. I am still waiting on a solution to this issue. I will update after speaking with a store manager.”
