“My wife fell in love this chair at first sight!! Once delivered into our TV room, I was sold! A bit pricey here in Honolulu, but worth the cost to see her smile. Hint: the USB cord is zipped underneath, coiled and stapled to the frame. If your delivery guys don’t pull it out, you’ll need to tip the chair on its nose and retrieve the connector cable. Once the cable is plugged into the adapter, have a working USB port on the inside right arm of the chaise. Comfortable, huge, and now connected. Love it!!”

“The cushion where I sit is ALREADY sagging. I’m 5ft tall and weigh 120 lbs so that’s not the problem. The chaise is big. Think queen size bed in your living room. It is comfortable though. The cushions are filled with feathers so they compress pretty easily and need to be fluffed often. The cushions also have some sort of crinkly material holding the feathers in that makes a rustling noise when you sit or move on them. Wierd”

“We bought the chase and the sectional and absolutely love the set! It is a really light grey, but depending on the lighting throughout the day sometimes appears white. It is large so definitely measure to be sure it will fit. It is fuzzy, but so far so good. Soft and cozy and I have to say it's hard to want to get up once you sit down! We wanted more seating space in our living room and we got it! The kids have already broken it in, there's plenty of space for everyone and extra cushions still available for a fort for the littles and so far it seems to be holding nicely to all the traffic its getting. The older kids really like the USB ports and cup holders on the chaise too!”

“This chair absolutely sucks. I'm pretty sure all the great reviews are either paid or were written on the first day of use. We're on our 2nd one after having the first one replace. The fabric gets matted extremely quickly and the seat support deflates after 6 weeks of normal use by 2 adults. They've sent 2 repair kits and 2 repair techs out who both said there was nothing to repair and that the chair is just poor quality. It is so difficult to get a refund for this piece of crap. They would rather spend their time and resources sending out techs and continuously replacing the chair rather than just giving me my money back for this poorly constructed $1200 useless price of decor in my living room. A claim has been submitted to the better business bureau.”

“Good morning, I have qualms about this “stupendous,” chaise. The “high resiliency,” foam that is inside the main cushion gave way after about 2 or 3 weeks of light use, my wife and I don’t sit out on this furniture 24/7 but it should be able to withstand an hour or two an evening of my wife and I sitting together and watching TV without collapsing in on itself. I would say our dog uses it every day, but a 45lb pit bull shouldn’t do that much work to it either—I would say a high resilience foam would be able to bounce back from that, wouldn’t you? Evidently it can’t. After 6 weeks, the frame started creaking which honestly, felt like an insult to us both. I’m about 170lbs, my wife is about 230–there should be no reason this piece of furniture creaks while we are sitting on it or trying to get comfortable in this middle of the hole it has created. There is no way to revive this either as it isn’t memory foam, so steam is no help and neither is sun exposure. We were lucky enough to get this from our local exchange at a military base, so I can only imagine how someone feels having paid full price for this overpriced bean bag that sinks into the ground. All of this to say, you should rename a few things starting with the title, this chaise is not “stupendous,” as it becomes a hassle to turn the cushion every other day and listening to the frame creak while watching TV is disconcerting; and you absolutely should not have high resiliency foam in the description because that is just simply a bold faced lie.”

“10 months after purchase, the cushion core has a material manufacturing defect that has caused it to collapse and not return to its original shape within a year of owning it. I'm a 150lb person and I'm the only person who has sat in this chair. I tried sitting on either side of the indent to even it out to no avail. This seat is not comfortable to sit in, even though it looks like it would be. Additionally, the fabric does not age well, but it is soft. It's the cheap kind of furry material that gets matted over time. I regret making this purchase. I have the 5 year furniture protection program warranty and submitted a claim online. I went through the claim process online, provided all of the requested information and photos, and the claim was auto-denied by the AI system. This is unacceptable! I called Ashley and the Extend (the warranty company) customer service agent re-submitted the claim for me over the phone. I'm waiting to hear if my claim is approved.”
