Horrible so far

“I I am so upset! When your delivery people from your company came to deliver my furniture, they try to enter my front door and messed up my door. Then they went in through the back sliding doors and then when they unwrapped the couch, there was damage to the left arm on the right arm of the couch. I had to stay on the phone with you guys for more than four hours. This has been the most frustrating delivery ever. I am supposedly getting a new couch on March 7 and they’re taking the old one out, but I spent a lot of money at Ashley and I am very frustrated”

Waiting to long for additional pieces

“We are still waiting for the end tables from the original purchase. We won't be setting the couch up until we receive the other two pieces.
When I purchased the couch, I was told that all of the items were in stock. It's not good to be told something then you have to wait over a month? The same thing happened last time I purchased through Ashley. Not a happy customer right now.

“This is NOT a L shaped couch!!! I put this stupid couch together when my dad got home during the weekend and noticed the couch didn’t even touch the corner. Ashley’s is refusing to exchange it. Don’t trust Ashley’s!!!! They are a scam!!! I’ve spent a lot of money at Ashley’s and will never give them any more business. The couch that fits the space is 3500 on sale and I was willing to pay the diff but Ashley’s doesn’t want my business. Plus the delivery guys were peaking into my garage because they didn’t want to do an indoor drop that I paid for. They banged up the couch 5x but they had white glove service wearing blue latex gloves. Real classy Ashley!!!”
