“We recently replaced our 15 year old Tempurpedic bed with a new one. We love the features of this new base. It’s a heavy duty, well constructed frame that is very heavy, but if it must be moved it folds in half making it much easier to move. It also comes with USB ports for electrical devices such as cell phones, headphones, etc. In this day and age you can never have enough of those. Best of all is the sleep app that is used to control the various functions of the best. One of the features we have fallen in love with is the sleep quality monitor. At the end of each sleep cycle it provides a report that reflects how long you slept, how long you were in light sleep, deep sleep or REM sleep. The app is customized to your own individual sleep goals. It is a terrific tool to monitor the quality of your daily sleep. And, for those with snoring issues, the frame can be programmed to gently adjust your sleep posture if you start to snore during a sleep cycle. Your significant other will probably appreciate this feature. It’s a quality frame with very nice features.”

“This is our second Tempur adjustable base. The adjustable base works fine and can be adjusted to any position a person could want. The vibration settings, however, leave a lot to be desired. The unit has two motors, each with two speeds. On low you can barely feel any vibrations at all. On high the noise is so loud there is no way you can fall asleep. I can't recommend it.”

I wish it moved continuously so the hubby would be disturbed by more than my foot in his back to make him stop. 2) there’s a bar at the end of the bed to keep the mattress from moving, but nothing on the side and the mattresses move and makes a gap in the middle of the split king. Surely there’s a way to keep the mattress in place better. Overall, it’s been great so far. It hasn’t solved the snore issue, but it’s a heck of a lot more comfy to be awakened in. Ha”

The advertising of the anti-snore auto rise definitely is used to get people who sleep with a snorer to emotionally purchase. At least it did to me. You can turn the setting off, which we ended up doing because it didn't help my husband, rather, when it would auto raise during the night it would wake us up because it was so loud. The app has some cool insights but my fitness tracking ring gives me the same stats so I overall don't feel like I'm missing out by sending this back.”

“We love the features of our split smart base and had tried out others in stores before purchasing online. What we don't love is: the BRIGHT light at the end of the bed that lights up the entire room - we had to finally put black electrical tape over these. When one of us is using the massage features, the other feels the reverberating massage even when it is not their side activated. The noise when we activate either the foot or head inclines. It sounds like crackling paper so not able to do while the other is sleeping to change your comfort position. The biggest complaint is we were promised by everyone that the bed would fit into our low-profile frame/headboard. When installing we were told we've never seen this before and will try to make it work......and they sort of did. We had to use all of the risers to make the base fit into the frame and with the mattress it is way too high.”

Worth it's weight in gold

“I was hesitant to get this "smart" base for my Tempurpedic mattress because I didn't think I needed any info on how I was sleeping. I was so wrong. I am finding out how little sleep I was getting based and my diet and bad sleep habits. I mean really, could a bed really change my habits? Well after getting my daily sleep report emailed to me in the morning it really showcased what and when I was sabotaging myself and a restful sleep. The mattress is great but the smart base tells me where I was messing up by 1)staying up late 2) drinking alcohol 3)eating too late and too many carbs and processed foods. The difference between good nights and bad nights was startling and all because of those 3 bad habits. I also noticed how after I set the base to vibrate and change the sleeping position when it detects that my breathing is labored or slowed too much it WORKED to wake me up just enough to make me change my position and breathe easier again. I could see it in my daily report the next day. It's really eye opening to how just knowing how habits and lifestyle can change how to feel the next day because of not enough sleep. I started the first week with mostly "fair" sleep scores and by the next week, just by being mindful on what I was doing in my lifestyle to change my sleep score I started getting into the "good" sleep scores. So yes, the smart bed really changed my sleep pattern by making me mindful and gently vibrating me when I wasn't breathing normally. ”

The remote is exceptional with multiple options to increase comfort levels and help relieve the aches and pains of the daily workload on the body. The low level under base lights are an added feature for any nighttime necessary wake-ups and you can increase lighting with the remote to avoid any obstacles. It’s a heavy duty, well constructed frame that is very heavy, but if it must be moved it folds in half making it much easier to move. It also comes with USB ports for electrical devices such as cell phones, headphones, etc. In this day and age you can never have enough of those. Best of all is the sleep app that is used to control the various functions of the best. One of the features we have fallen in love with is the sleep quality monitor. At the end of each sleep cycle it provides a report that reflects how long you slept, how long you were in light sleep, deep sleep or REM sleep. The app is customized to your own individual sleep goals. It is a terrific tool to monitor the quality of your daily sleep. And, for those with snoring issues, the frame can be programmed to gently adjust your sleep posture if you start to snore during a sleep cycle. Your significant other will probably appreciate this feature. It’s a quality frame with very nice features.”

The advertising of the anti-snore auto rise definitely is used to get people who sleep with a snorer to emotionally purchase. At least it did to me. You can turn the setting off, which we ended up doing because it didn't help my husband, rather, when it would auto raise during the night it would wake us up because it was so loud. The app has some cool insights but my fitness tracking ring gives me the same stats so I overall don't feel like I'm missing out by sending this back.”

My wife use to complain and nudge me to change positions to my side. With this new Ergo smart base I can adjust my head position to elevate or have the ergo smart base automatically adjust the head position if it detects snoring. My wife and I are both amazed at how well this works. I have a sleep app that records my sounds/snoring and low and behold my snoring has reduced 95% with the new adjustable base. The Zero G sleeping position is also surprisingly comfortable. I really enjoy the TV viewing position as well. It's really easy to fall asleep in almost any position... The only complaint I have is that the base sometimes loses its WIFI connection once or twice a week and I have to resync the WIFI. Not sure if that's b/c of my WIFI or the Base WIFI receptor...”

Zero G mode literally feels like you’re laying on a cloud. I have back problems and hip problems, and this bed has helped reduce both so much. My neck also hurts easily, but that has also went away. My partner snores very loudly, so with our old bed, I never slept very well (even with earplugs). The quiet mode does reduce his snoring by quite a bit. I also like that it lights up so you don’t stub your toe in the middle of the night. And the massage function is a nice addition too. Overall it’s worth the price.”

What we don't love is: the BRIGHT light at the end of the bed that lights up the entire room - we had to finally put black electrical tape over these. When one of us is using the massage features, the other feels the reverberating massage even when it is not their side activated. The noise when we activate either the foot or head inclines. It sounds like crackling paper so not able to do while the other is sleeping to change your comfort position. The biggest complaint is we were promised by everyone that the bed would fit into our low-profile frame/headboard. When installing we were told we've never seen this before and will try to make it work......and they sort of did. We had to use all of the risers to make the base fit into the frame and with the mattress it is way too high.”
