“I really love being able to adjust the mattress, especially the lumbar support. The Zero Gravity function is great too, feels so relaxing. Even using the head adjustment when reading. It's elevated my sleeping/bed experience. The only thing I dislike is the blue status light that emits from under the bed. I really like to sleep in complete darkness (better for our health too), and I'll need to cover it with tape or something.”

“This was a bit of a splurge for me, but it was worth it. I, like many people, had only experienced the tempurpedic base while testing them in a store. Every time I went into zero gravity mode, I felt the pressure in my back release…but that was only for the 10 minutes I sat there in the store. Having access to that relief any time in my own home is revolutionary. While I personally can’t fall asleep and stay in zero G overnight, I love being able to come home from work and relieve pressure in my back for an hour or two while I read. It’s fantastic. The remote is very intuitive and I still feel a bit like an excited kid whenever I see the bed move.”

“I’ve had a Tempur Pedic bed for about 15 years and love it. I recently invested in an adjustable base as I was recovering from foot surgery. I absolutely love it! The nightlight under the bed is so practice and offers enough light to make your way to the bathroom but not enough to keep you awake. Being able to adjust the foot and head of the bed separately is the only way to go. It not only assisted with recovery, but if you’re ever congested or coughing, you’ll actually get some sleep. It was worth every penny for a more comfortable sleep.”

Amazing bed frame for those with arthritis

“My husband was injured in Iraq and sustained multiple injuries and now uses a wheelchair and prosthetic legs to get around. This bedframe (along with our tempurledic mattress) really help him get in and out of bed more independently. We were able to set the frame at a level he can transfer in and out of his wheelchair with no problems. The adjustable base is AMAZING. It’s nice to be able to adjust to different levels for each sleeper. Plus- after long days it’s nice to be able to put your feet up!!! 10/10 would buy again!!!”

The massage feature and zero gravity function was better than expected and is nice after a long day. The under bed lights are great for when my dog wants to go outside in the middle of the night. “I have suffered from lower back pain for years. I purchased a new mattress from another company that was highly recommended and supposed to be luxurious however that has not been my experience. I was searching for a new mattress when a sales person had me try an adjustable base bed. I could immediately tell a difference with the lumbar support. He suggested I try the base and keep my existing mattress first, just to see how that would help. I have been so pleased with the base! The lumbar support is a must in my opinion and not available in just any base. I was thoroughly impressed with the set up and delivery by Tempur and believe it’s 100% worth the hype! ”

The head rest is great and raises to the amount you want whether you like just a small lift or a little higher. This head lift is also great for when you just want to watch TV in bed or just read a book. My Tempur Adapt medium Hybrid Mattress work perfectly on this base - very happy with both and get the best nights sleep ever. ”

“Tempur-pedic Customer service was a nightmare! Each time we reached out it resulted in 30 minutes minimum on hold….only to be told we need to speak to another department.
Our first issue was sheets. When I purchased the bed, there was an offer to get $300 credit on sheet purchase. The color I wanted was not available, and the offer would expire, so I bought a set of different color. My girlfriend did not like that color so we decided to exchange them. That was when we discovered Tempur-Pedic does not accept exchanges….even though the package had never been opened! No exchange…no credit….nothing!
Next, when the bed was delivered, the straps required to tie the two halves of our twin king together were not provided/installed. OK, I guess I can install them….I should not have to but I will do it. After much back and forth (speaking to several who just pointed to someone else) as to who we need to go to get theses straps, we finally spoke with a helpful person who arranged to ship us the missing straps. A box arrived and what do we find inside?.....one strap! It takes two to assemble this bed. So, after another 40 minutes on the phone. We were told another strap was on its way. The second strap finally arrived and I was able to install them myself.
While we love the bed, It was astounding to me that we could spend this much money and get so little support or credit for our trouble!
I shred this review with customer service and they were quite apologetic. they offered us a free set of sheets which we now have.
In the end we were very satisfied with the bed itself, but the machinations we went through were frustrating to say the least. Ultimately Temper-Pedic came through.”

“The Base is not serviced by NFM. The vibration stopped working 60 days after getting it home. Called customer service at TempurPedic, they sent tech out to fix control box and vibration module. Now it works but can barely feel it. The Tech said he had no idea what to do next. TempurPedic solution was to send the same tech and the same part. I have called multiple times and now get cut off the last 2 times I have attempted to call. Long story short, be very cautious when buy as customer service from TempurPedic will not work to fix an issue.”

I live all of the settings, the under bed light options are great at night and the massage options are a nice quick but of muscle tension. I did have to buy the headboard attachments separately and found them cheapest directly on the tempurpedic website. Delivery and set up was easy - only small issue was the usb chargers did not work for my Apple products but that wasnt a huge issue.”

It is also a hassle trying to adjust the bed throughout the night if you do want to move.
