“Couch is nice. The cushions fall out easily. Cats scratch easily. The delivery people suck and will leave it on the opposite side of your house and you and your 65 year old mother will have to carry it around your whole house. There was a road straight to my front door.. the drivers just said they didn’t want to drive down my road. They very well could have delivered it to the front door.”

The cushions don’t stay in place

“I bought this couch. The only problem is the cushions don’t stay in place. I’m constantly pushing them back underneath the puffy part of the couch just from sitting on it for a few minutes getting up just any movement. The cushions are sliding forward constantly be adjusting the cushions, I had to buy some sort of Velcro Roll pad product that’s supposed to so solve this issue since Ashley furniture couldn’t help me out.”
