“We Just got our sectional today so far it's good we shall see. I got it on sale for 699$ can't beat that! I ordered last Sunday and today is the following Saturday, and I received it already! First thought on comfort was it's more firmer then expected but, I do believe it'll soften up with use. It's already growing on me and seeming more comfortable. We will see how well it's holds up. We live in a apartment on the 3rd floor carrying it uo the stairs only took myself and my husband it wasn't bad at all. They have it split in 2 pieces making it easy to carry.”

“So far so good! Exactly as shown in the pictures. So pretty and comfortable. Not too soft but not to hard to sit on. I work from home and this is just perfect to sit on when the desk gets tiring. Also, great for watching TV!”

“Was originally so excited for this couch. I love how it looks. However, we’re at the 3 month mark and the fabric is not holding up well - lots of loose strings and pilling from normal use”

“I love the color and how affordable it was. After about a week of having the couch it started to creek when sitting down. I have the insurance and I am debating on contacting to have it resolved because it makes the couch feel cheap and it’s embarrassing for such a new piece of furniture to make that noise.”

“The only thing I like is the color. Threads are pooping out by the day. I’m so upset that this is my second terrible experience with Ashley. My first experience, the bed was missing parts and the parts took almost two months. With this sectional, delivery changed after I submitted a payment. I was told they’d try and deliver it earlier. Well, I got a call they scheduled it for that Saturday. I then arranged my schedule to accommodate, and later received a call Saturday saying it’s on back order. The sectional arrived the next Wednesday. In addition, it doesn’t tell you that you’ll need a drill. It comes with screws and legs and instructions that say use that only. Well, they sent someone out to put the legs on. After that, I noticed the sofa started shedding. Threads are popping out by the day. Ashley credits me $40. I have to laugh at this because it’s comical. I paid almost $856 with taxes. I keep being told I would hear from a sales rep. No one contacts me. It took me almost three weeks to get someone on the phone. Not to mention, the terrible bots they use to avoid getting you to a person. At this point, I have to go through my bank. I’m terribly disgusted. I’ll never order online again.”

Very Bad Experience

“Actually, one star is too high. After weeks of researching a sectional, I finally ordered from Ashley. They set a delivery date on 9/23/25, 9:45am-12:45pm. I arranged to have someone at the home for the delivery. I received a message at 9:08am saying the driver was at the home. I then received a message at 9:22am saying they could not complete the delivery. My cameras showed that no one had come to the house and the person waiting at the house verified that no one had arrived. I contacted Ashley. It turns out the item is on back order. No wonder the driver never came to the house. The sectional was never on the truck. It was not on the truck because it was not even at the warehouse. It was not at the warehouse because it is on back order. Ashley sold an item they did not even have, scheduled a delivery date for this imaginary furniture, notified me that the driver had arrived, claimed that the delivery could not be completed and that the driver had left, all the while knowing the driver never had the item on the truck, had never gone to the house, and that the item is not even available. I this sequence of events unacceptable and very unprofessional. Someone waited at the house based on the delivery date Ashley established and the messages they sent claiming to have even attempted to have delivered the sectional were complete lies. Additionally, my old furniture had been removed in preparation for the arrival of the new sectional. There is documentation to support every word of this review. I can say that I will never again even consider this company for anything and would not recommend them to anyone.”
