“I was so eager to get this couch. It was the perfect color that I was looking for, it had the Chase, I couldn’t ask for more delivery went. Smoothly assembly was easy. It only took us a few minutes to get it done. For the first couple weeks, it was great for movie night. It was a bit firm, but it’s like that with all couches after breaking it in though super comfortable. My issue is, at around three months the zipper on the Chase cushion broke and I’m not talking about just coming unzipped I mean the zipper completely came off not just off track but completely off. I was unable to get the zipper back on myself so I had to take it to a furniture store to have them do it and pay for it out of pocket. One other thing that is quite annoying is that the cushions constantly slide on the couch so when you’re sitting down moments later, you’re sliding out and you’re in between the Chase cushion and the couch cushion it’s just not very comfortable. It needs more Velcro to secure the cushions”
