“Sofa cushions are very hard. We tried out the sofa in the store and they were fine but when we received the sofa bed, it was totally different. Any suggestions on get the cushions softer?”

Great couch

“The fabric is soft, the arms are wide and perfect to sit on for a moment. We have not tried the mattress yet but hope it works for overnight guests. White glove delivery is the way to get it into the house. Ashley sent a delivery email that gave me the ability to track the delivery truck so I didn’t have to wait at home for hours. Bought the couch on sale and feel it was a great purchase.”
