Love it but have some issues

“I’ve had mine in Navy for about 2 years now. I do still love this couch but it does not hold up well to regular use or pets. My pets have not chewed the couch but the way the cushions are made the fibers pull up from their nails and the fabric pills terribly! Structurally the couch is very sturdy but many of the cushions are starting to sag and lose their firmness. I find myself rotating them regularly and vacuuming it restore some of its luster.”

“I hate it! It looks nice so I gave it two stars but other than that, the cushions keep sliding off. My daughter fell right off of it two days ago. It was delivered on April 4th and today is June 28th, I feel like the cushions are already flatter than they were when delivered. The arms are square but they have absolutely no cushioning in them. If you are someone who likes to lay down on their couches, you can’t do it without a pillow. I have a couch from Costco with square arms in our other room and it is super comfy with foaming on the arms. This was the worat buy ever! When I called customer service, they said a tech will come to see what’s wrong, I mean what’s wrong is that it’s poorly made. I’ll come and update here to let you know what happens on July 3rd when they show up.”
