“I hate it! It looks nice so I gave it two stars but other than that, the cushions keep sliding off. My daughter fell right off of it two days ago. It was delivered on April 4th and today is June 28th, I feel like the cushions are already flatter than they were when delivered. The arms are square but they have absolutely no cushioning in them. If you are someone who likes to lay down on their couches, you can’t do it without a pillow. I have a couch from Costco with square arms in our other room and it is super comfy with foaming on the arms. This was the worat buy ever! When I called customer service, they said a tech will come to see what’s wrong, I mean what’s wrong is that it’s poorly made. Also, if you don’t have a walk behind it, the loveseat itself will move on smooth flooring. I’ll come and update here to let you know what happens on July 3rd when they show up.”

“This loveseat is pretty firm and I feel should last a long while. We don't use it too often as it's in our son's playroom, but it is comfy when we are i. There hangout with him.”
