“The ottoman itself is decent but no notice of delivery and I was not here for two days after delivery. Plus, it was left out in the pouring rain. Ashley so far your delivery of product has been awful. First one, a desk, delivered damaged—the pkg had been thru a lot!! Now no delivery notice and could’ve been badly damaged. So my next two orders are with premium delivery, I’m hoping this changes my mind about Ashley!! So ottoman a 4, delivery a 0.”
