“For the price it's a great couch. Downside to buying online you can't sit on the couch. It's not a comfortable as our last ashley couch but maybe we just need to break it in. “Purchased two sofas in January. Upon delivery - while the deliverymen were still in my home - I pointed out that the back of the sofa was dented in. I was told it was due to how tightly the furniture was wrapped. Within the first week, the sofa squeaked something AWFUL. A repair person came out to "fix" the dented area. I couldn't believe it. In my home, they took the cover off and all they did was insert strip of wood. Now four months later the other side of the sofa is squeaking as if it was 100 years old. I don't know how they piece received all the 5-star reviews. This is very sad because I've bought further from Ashley for many years but this sofa is crap. Why not replace the sofa Ashley? Money doesn't grow on trees and even at this sale price, this thing is falling about in under six months.”

“Ashly won't publish my two star review so let's try this. The sofa that I bought in January arrived DAMAGED. The back frame of one of the sofas was bent in. I put in a service call within the first week. A technical came out. He took the fabric off and cut out a put of the wood. When I asked how would this patch address the problem that the FRAME - THE ENTIRE FRAME was damaged he said it the problem continues place another service call. I put in another call for service. I was interrogated for over 30 minutes and was given an appointment for someone else to come out and put a patch. I've purchased almost all the furniture for myself and other family from Ashley. I read horror stories about their customer service but had never experienced it myself until now. This company is of such ill repute. Just acknowledge that the piece wasn't made property, take the L and replace the sofa.”

“1 star is too many. Customer service with Ashley and the insurance protection company has been shockingly awful. I bought 2 couches and less than 6 months, one of the legs snapped right off. 1 month later and 4 reschedules with the insurance, it’s still broken and supposedly they’re going to attempt to fix it. I told Ashley I wanted a refund because their website states a lifetime frame warranty and to return the couches because the quality is obviously garbage (the second couch is about to break the same way, too) and they have completely blown me off. They said it didn’t cover under their warranty since there’s no way to prove it was a quality issue. Absolutely a joke and hundreds of dollars wasted. Buy elsewhere !”
