“I would rate 0 if I can. Sofa was damaged , Ashley tried to send technician over to fix it, technician finally showed up after 10 days reason being they had to order parts, but then the technician had to order a replacement. Almost 4 weeks now, still waiting for it , I have called Ashley at least 5 times, they kept saying I will be notified. Do not buy from Ashley!”
