NOTHING like the one I experienced in store

“Loved it in store, better than the Tempur-Pedics and so incredibly soft. Been sleeping on it at home now for 2-3 months and it feels nothing like the one on the showroom floor, it's not bad but far from what I was expecting. I had been sleeping on a literal cloud these last 7 years with my last mattress so it's been kind of a rough transition using this one. I literally went back to the store and told the sales rep that I think they sent me the wrong mattress with my order, her response was it needs more time to be broken in... I don't think that's it.”
