Poor design - recliner pulls your shirt up

“I like the style and functionality of this recliner but the design of the reclining mechanism is not good. As you recline, the back not only reclines but moves up. If you have a loose shirt on it pulls it right up as you recline. For the price this should recline much better than trying to disrobe you.
Make sure you try this out in the store before you buy so you aren't disappointed like me. I get tired of having to lean forward and pull my shirt down every time I recline and I am sure you will also.”

“Pros: armrest storage, cup holder, controls at fingertips, extended footrest so you can rest your heels, separate control for headrest, nice gray color.
Cons: Being over 80 with arthritic knees & back, wish the knees were more bent when reclining. Raised seams cut into my skin after sitting for an hour or so. Headrest pillow could be softer so I add a small pillow.”

“I chair is ok, definitely not happy with it. The phone charging section gets really hot and it smells like it is burning. I did speak to a few people but due to your policy, the chair can not be exchanged or returned. So I’m stuck with a very expensive chair that could possibly cause a fire in my home.”
