New chair after first one was delivered damaged.

“Nice and comfortable so far. Hope it lasts. Still to early to vouch for the quality but we like it so far. Phone customer service was questionable but it might be do to it being a weekend and the person we spoke to just wanted to get off. We went into the store and the staff was fantastic. We felt very confident the issue would be taken care of.”
