“First let me say the delivery men were amazing! They were considerate, kind & knowledgable. Sadly once the couch & loveseat were unwrapped both items had manufacture issues, staples in the leather, crooked stiching, metal pin showing, etc. In order to get replacement sofas, I had to refuse these, the wonderful delivery men had to load them back up & I’m left with no place to sit! This happened to me with a different furniture store in Fl, however I was told to keep the sofas, use them & they would pick them up when the replacements were delivered. Extremely disappointed in Ashley’s handling of this situation. Again, the delivery guys were awesome & I felt terrible that they had to take them back in a horrible storm March 15, 2025”

“Very hard, if you like that, you’ll love it. I wanted some cushion. It came in with a not so good smell that wasn’t typical leather. It also isn’t very wide so it’s hard to even do cross- cross applesauce. I’ve had for it for maybe 2 weeks or so.”

“The sofa is just as we saw in an Ashley's showroom. It is exceptionally economical for a real leather sofa, so we will see how well it lasts . But it was not a great delivery experience. The kids who came in to deliver did not seem professional. The removal of protective covering was done in a haphazard manner leading to a minor cut on the back side of the sofa. I'm choosing not to return because it's on the back side and it will be just a pain to get another delivery. Did not expect this after paying a hundred bucks for delivery. I will think twice before buying from Ashley in the future.”

“If you need a couch for a room that never gets used then this couch would be ok. However, it is horrible for a family room couch. It's very low to the ground making it difficult to get up. The cushions move and we are constantly pushing them back in. The couch feels like plastic, definitely not a couch to sit in long. For the price it isn't worth it. Might as well have gone to Odd Lots.”
