Don’t buy from Ashley

“First they did not deliver the correct furniture! Then after attempting to reach customer service I discovered Ashley Furniture has no concern about customer service. I wish I had done more research, I would’ve never purchased anything from Ashley Furniture. They delivered a piece of furniture that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Now I am responsible for the return ? I will never make another purchase from them. Customer service… terrible, delivery terrible, order terrible. Run somewhere else!”

A nice leather ottoman for a fair price

“I have a large leather sectional sofa from another manufacturer that is discontinued. I have been looking for a year to match the brown leather in an ottoman. I ordered one to test the color match. It matches 90-95%, so I just ordered a second one for the grouping. The top is quality leather and the sides are vinyl matched. When you leave your shoes on, the heels leave depressions on the leather, but after 5 minutes they pop out, and it’s fine again. It’s nice to buy a leather ottoman for about half of what most are going for. I took a photo, but since it’exactly the same as the one online I deleted it”

“This set that I bought with the sofa and loveseat including the ottoman has completely collapsed and deflated in less than a week!! Total waste of money! Awful furniture!! I need you to reimburse me my full amount like you promised! Shame on you!! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for selling me such awful furniture plus lying to me that you would pick them up and refund me completely when all you've done is give me the round around!! I want my money!! Extremely disappointed!!!!”
