“I've used this model for over 3 years following back surgery. It has been adequate, I'm tall, 6'5", the chair is not quite long enough. The footrest has room for improvement, the angle at the up postion is too low, and my legs hang over the footrest by about 6 inches, where normally your heels should just over hang. Lately the chair has started having control issues, almost like a motor postion sensor is not making, normally one push on the controls and the chair moves all motors at the same time, now I have to move one function, then the single button push may work. The chair covering has held up well and I'm rough on it. Overall its been a good buy, I didn't have a lot to pick from when I bought. I would say for a person 6' or less, and if you don't mind using a pillow on the footrest, it would be a nice fit.”

My father is 6'2" and footrest catches him at the calf, with the rest of his leg hanging over. He began using a donut cushion in the seat to reduce soreness from CONSTANT sitting. This is his fault, not the chair's! It makes sense that the seat is hard because it is a lift chair, but I sat in in in the store and it has the widest seat of the chairs I tried.”

“First off, this chair is covered with a textured leather which means items placed on the arms and the chair back don't slip off, and neither does my Mom slip out of the chair like the smooth leather ones we tried. We mainly bought this chair because of the automated lumbar support (works like a dream) and the power lift feature (I can't begin to tell you how helpful it is for her to have help getting in and out of this wonderful chair). She was adamant that she refused to spend this kind of money for a chair, but I persisted, and now I can't get her out of it! lol”

“What I like: Comfortable, long enough for my 6 foot tall father in law, triple motors for more functions. What I do not like: it's 3 months later and it's stuck in the up(lifted) position. The usb connection for phone charger on the remote is not useable charges slower than the phone uses with just the screen on. Has to be less than 5 volts. The remote button layout is not intuitive I always have to double triple check before I adjust him and for him at 83 he's always pushing the wrong button 2-3 times before getting it right.”
