Save your money for something better

“I had my eyes on this couch for almost 2 years. Not even 2 months in and the chaise cushion had to be replaced because it does not hold its shape. Then after waiting almost 3 months for the replacement the replacement is already sagging again not even a month into it. We are 7 months into having this couch and i wish i could return it. The back pillows also go super flat and dont refluff well. Hair is a nightmare on it. They advertise it being pet friendly but the hair is a major pain to remove.”

“This was very comfortable in the store. A year and a half later the cushions have completely lost any spring in them. Looks like 2 sunken holes. Pretty disappointing. The fabric has held up well.”

“had it for barely a year and the cushion where my husband sits and where i sit are permanently indented. we aren't huge people either. we have also washed the covers (maybe 3x?) and they are already starting to look a little matted. creaks when you sit as well.”

“Total garbage! Cushion was dipping with 4 weeks, service came to replace cushion, the cushion was made with different pieces of foam (so shocking). Now, it’s 9 months later, the frame on the chaise is broken. Who makes such crummy furniture!!!! Very disappointing!!! This is simply not acceptable!”

“Regretting this purchase. I’ve had this sofa a couple of years now. It’s too hard to clean. Feathers are constantly coming out of the sofa and the pillows. Poking you ALL the time. You would think with how fluffy it is it would be comfortable but it’s not. The chaise part was uncomfortable immediately. Pretty hard. The chaise a the other section are not level either with chaise being higher than the other. I have loved Ashley furniture for years but quality is terrible. I also bought this from another retailer and the price was about $800 cheaper. Don’t waste your money on this sofa. Buy something else! Worst furniture purchase ever!”
