Lindyn 4 piece sofa with chaise

“I wanted this sofa when it was available. I did purchase it but am disappointed. The cushions almost immediately leave a butt sag and the cushions do not revert to original form leaving a permanent sag. I obtained replacement cushions through warranty, however they do the exact same thing. On the areas we have not sat on they are nice and firm. It is comfortable and nice looking. However, no one would know this is almost a brand new couch with the permanent sagging that I consider to be a defect. Flipping the cushions does NOT help with this problem. This was an expensive sofa and I expected better quality from Ashley. My last sofa from Ashley last 20 years and did not have a sagging or permanent indent problem.”

“The chaise cushion is HORRIBLE. We've had it replaced 3 times in ONE YEAR! Do not waste your money on this couch. Overpriced and not worth it. You're better off buying a cheaper couch and its guaranteed to last longer.
They are claiming that they won't provide any more replacements and there is "nothing else they can do." Absolute nonsense. I'd rather have my $3,000 back at this point.”

“It's very beautiful, but I am not happy with the cushions. I've had this less then 3 months and i have 2 broken down cushions. I also bought the oversized swivel chair and it's perfect so far”
