“I bought this couch in April 2024, delivered in May 2024, and regretting it in February 2025. Pros: It’s spacious - I love the extended seating; It’s very soft and comfortable. Cons: Because it’s so large, it’s been hard to disconnect to clean under with just one person; The chaise lounge part of mine sinks in the middle when you sit/lay on it, so it’s rather hard to get out of; The fabric has NOT done well with my two dogs (smell holds despite cleaning, parts of chew toys get caught up in the fabric); and The ridges of the fabric have “crushed” and made it look worn/old despite me moving around where I sit (I have yet to figure out how to revive the crushed parts). Overall, I would go with another couch knowing what I know now.”
