Not happy with experience

“I have had a horrible experience from rescheduled delivery date and the couch now breaking (wood connector below couch) on the Lindyn Right-Arm Facing Corner Chaise. I have a scheduled appointment for a ln Ashley representative coming to look at it- but the experience has not good a good one. I have shared with family and friends.”

“This chaise sofa is oversized and super comfy! I’ve had issues with other sofas because of my cats, but not only do they love it, they also don’t scratch it. We’re guessing it’s because it’s so soft that they knead and don’t scratch and even if they do scratch you can’t tell at all. The throw pillows are a great quality and fluff right up.”

“For starters this came the exact day and time it said when ordered. The delivery team was phenomenal!! The couch itself is gorgeous, comfortable and I love it! I wanted something smaller so I went with it! I have noticed if you are a person that runs hot, just lay a blanket down before you lay on it, that way you protect the corduroy. I also love that it isn’t a high maintenance couch, it looks great always.”
